 2. Payment Items 
 30% of the total amount must be paid by T / T upon confirmation of the order.
70% of the total value must be paid by T / T cash before delivery.

 3. Delivery and packaging ofautomatic rolling line rollers 
 Package: standard for sea shipping.
Delivery: The cargo will be ready for dispatch within 45 days after receipt of the ticket.
Packaging: standard for sea transport.

 4. Installation and Commissioningautomatic line to package cable rolls 
We will send a mechanical engineer and an electrical engineer for the installation of the machine and startup (without load tests).
 After the completion of uncharged testing of the automatic line to package cable rollers, the engineers will perform an experimental (loaded) machine run with the customer operator.
The buyer will be responsible for our engineers' round-trip tickets, accommodation, insurance and other fees. The allowance of each engineer while abroad is $ 50 / person per day, from the date of arrival until the departure of the same.
The buyer must be responsible for food, travel, accommodation, work environment and staff safety.

 5. Quality Assurance and Project Scope 
 Inspection before dispatch of the automatic line to roll rollers:
The buyer may inspect the machine at the manufacturer's location prior to despatch.
The dimensions of the machine, equipment number, external finish and operating conditions must be checked.

 Training
 Our engineers will provide full training during machine installation and commissioning at the customer's site.

Automatic line quality assurance for rolling rolls
Warranty period: within 12 months from the date of the B / L or receipt report. The motor and warranty CLP of the winding machine, lashing machine and the shrink sealer can extend from 12 to 18 months.   During the warranty period, if there are any problems related to the design, manufacturing, installation or commissioning, the seller will ship the spare parts free of charge, except for damages caused by sabotage.
If the problem can not be solved by exchanging parts by shipment, and there is a need for engineers, the buyer must give detailed explanations to obtain confirmation from the seller.
The buyer will purchase the engineer's round-trip tickets.
The buyer will also be responsible for the engineer's accommodation, insurance and allowance of $ 50 per day.
After the warranty period: we offer the service paid.
