Characteristics of the extrusion line for coating wires and cables

1. High extrusion capacity of plastics  
    The screw design reinforces the cut and avoids the decomposition of the material by heating. The rapid melting of the plastic can be carried out for high speed plastic extrusion.  
 
  2. High Performance Cooling  
    The internal water cooler and the high precision copper fan ensure the heating balance and precision in the temperature control of the extrusion line for coating wires and cables.  
 
  3. The special outflow channel designed for melted plastics ensures the high quality of the extrusion.  
    4. Energy saving. Energy consumption is 0.18 ° / kg, saves more than 78% energy compared to ordinary extruders. (0.32 ° / kg).

    Uses PLC controller and touch screen. Each control cabin controls the electrical parts of the extruder and caterpillar handle. The cabin controls the temperature, line speed, speed of the rotational screw, the counter, etc. I have an overload alarm. By changing the speed of the extrusion line, the PLC controller adjusts the parameters accordingly. The line also features three distributed emergency stop buttons (caterpillar handle, extruder and vertical winder).
