The rigid stranded KGKKKKKKK (Rigid Frame Strander RFS) twine combines the world's first-class twisting techniques and some advantages of similar international machines. It is convenient and efficient when loading and unloading. The frame structure increases the stiffness of this yarn twist rigid frame and ensures its high rotational speed.

1. High rigidity
The grille and its flange are manufactured with steel plates of 25mm and 45mm respectively, having a firm structure. They are tempered and sandblasted to eliminate tension, and machined by CNC machines to increase resistance. The design and machining of the cage allows operations at high rotational speeds.

3.Stiff frame structure with built-in positioning sensor system to ensure coil loading accuracy.
The built-in positioning sensor system of the rigid frame twister consists of the position sensor and the pneumatic unit. When loading / unloading, the sensor signal is transmitted to the PLC, which sends a command to the pneumatic positioning system and closes the cage. The pneumatic brake unit is a joint venture of China.
4.This rigid frame booster is equipped with a constant voltage control system and intelligent braking system.
By scanning by ultrasound the length of the wire wound on the coil, the length of the wire remaining in the coil is detected and transmitted to the PLC. The rigid stranded yarn CLP controls the air intake through the proportional valve and makes the wire tension constant. Two groups control the brake disc tension by unwinding to ensure equal pressure on the disc. The pneumatic brake system is controlled by an intelligent braking system. If the machine due to some emergency, the speed signal of each cage is transmitted to the PLC by the sensor. The CLP automatically calculates and regulates different braking forces for each cage according to the proportional valve. The cages then stop synchronously.
5.The rigid frame twist converter ensures one-time loading.
The car is controlled by the converter, the operation alternates between slow and fast, that is, the car starts its movement slowly, increases and speed and then decreases as it approaches the cage. It presents essentials, reliability and precise operation.
6.This rigid stranded wire strand is equipped with motorized cover.
Fully covered unit provides safe operations. The cover opens for loading and unloading and when the production line stops operating.
Electrical control system of
The synchronized control system for separate motorized braces is different from other similar systems of other manufacturers. It is easy to operate by adjusting all parameters on the touch screen. The unique program and data collection system ensures stable and reliable operation. The layer length accuracy is less than 3% if the emergency stop is used and less than 1% at normal production line stops. (PROFIBUS communication control).
