High-speed extrusion line for construction cables

1. The cylinder and the screw used by this  K ropes extrusion line are of a recognized brand of Taiwan.

2. Different extrusion materials, such as PVC, PE, LSNH, Teflon, nylon, etc. require different types of cylinders and screws.

3. The main control box operation board is designed with man-computer interface and traditional switch button.

4. This extruder uses Mitsubishi CLP control.

5. It is also equipped with Mitsubishi transducer, PKC & series Japan temperature controller solid state relay (SSR) and dryer for plastics from Taiwan.

Electrical control system

This construction cable extrusion line uses CLP control and touch screen. Each control cabin controls the electrical parts of the extruder unit and the caterpillar handle. The booth controls the temperature, line speed, rotational screw speed, extruder current, meter, etc. Extruders for construction cables have an overload alarm. By changing the speed of the extrusion line, the PLC controller adjusts the corresponding parameters automatically. In addition, three emergency stop switches are available throughout the line (Caterpillar handle, extruder and take-up reel).
